ethernet shield на w5100 и uno дуня

Доброго дня.
в общем на руках 2 uno и 2 ethernet shield. На первый uno залил

ip и mac адреса разные, если обе uno через usb подключены к пк то все гуд, если их просто подключить к БП и к роутеру, то серверная uno не видется. Ну и соответсвенно клиентская не может его увидеть. Пробовал из обоих скетчей полностью убирать "Serial" - результат такойже.
