включи камеру на телефоне и посмотри есть излучение от ик диода или нет. если есть возьми вольтметр и подцепись между двумя выводами фототранзистора. и пробуй засвечивать. если меняется с 0 до 5В скачком значит все норм. ищи проблему в монтаже

Все делал также. Максимальное падение напряжения на фотодиоде 1.1В. И есче куда подключить вывод uC.

напряжение должно менятся при засветке между uc и землей при засветке ик диодом

в центре чуть ниже есть 2 пина gnd RST вроде туда

когда подключишь проверь

судя по коду к 3 пину. если по корпусу меги328 это будет этот

Подключать фотодиод необходимо к внешнему прерыванию 1 - то есть к 3 выводу дуины - то есть к 5 выводу атмеги.

скорее всего проблема в том что ты не поставил перемычки. они сверху от каждого регистра по 2 штуки идет

и снизу по одной

если есть осциллограф посмотри что идет по дорожкам к остальным регистрам. может где то микроразрыв.

если нет осцилла прозвони дорожки между 1 и 2 регистром

подозреваю, что подойдет любой кварц от 15 до 20 МГц

Насчёт любого кварца не знаю,там наверное надо будет прошивку немного переделать .А зачем там фотодиод ? И зачем там так много выводов вокруг меги ?Ну 17,18,19 понятно , для внутрисхемного программирования, а вот с 23 по 28 ? Без схемы не понятно.

а как ардуина определит насколько повернут глобус? нужно же синхронно выводить изображение. а то получится просто беспорядочно светящийся шарик

а насчет выводов как будто прозапас вывели

кварц конечно не стоит любой ставить без перекомпилирования на эту частоту

хз. может на плате где то. плата весьма странная честно сказать. а вообще если не найдешь резистор 1к подцепить к +5В и через него на ик диод

фотодиод для синхронизации:

Я тоже пока не силен во всех тонкостях, но рискну предположить, что миллисекунды останутся миллисекундами при любом кварце :)

светодиод - просто светит с подставки и когда он освещает фотодиод - формируется импульс синхронизациии. Меня больше интересует как стабилизируется скорость вращения - она то как раз похоже задается весма примерно - потенциометром, подбирается руками...

Я в коде не понимаю ничего.Могу пока только прошивать микросхемы.

Поясните пожалуйста , там на плате стоит кренка 5 вольтовая или 3-х?  Или я чего-то не понимаю ?Если так то сколько вольт идёт на регистры ? Или на плату подаётся 5 вольт ?

зависит конечно от возможностей, но мне лично такая плата не нравится. кучу проводов тянуть. лучше делать плату со светодиодами по кругу. текстолит 0,5мм достать врядли для кого то проблема, гнется отлично

зависит насколько длинные платы можешь изготовить. например максимум 10 см. а на них поместится 1 блок с 8 светодиодами, или 2 с 16ю. смотря какой диаметр. да и платы получатся одинаковые. отлаживать легче. увеличить или уменьшить количество гораздо легче

короче по аналогии со светодиодными лентами

короче мне больше такой вариант нравится. все smd сделал. можно переделать и под dip

вроде ничего не забыл. цепляются просто один за другим через разъемы, ну или проводами можно. плату наверно придется растянуть, а то шар маленький получается с такими габаритами, около 150 мм диаметр

2 отверстия это для перемычки. резисторы для светодиодов не ставил. индикация динамическая, не успеют сгореть, да и в оригинальной вроде не было

так как по какому принципу там подключаются RGB незнаю, сделал просто подряд. этот вопрос лучше уточнить

да плату надо переделывать. посмотрел еще раз как у них кодируется и как как все подключается. так не прокатит

импульс синхронизации - начало вывода картинки
скорость вращения стабилизирована условно.... главное чёбы время вывода картинки примерно соответствовало бы времени одного оборота рамки со светодиодами
время вывода меньше - появится провал в картинке
больше - картинка урежется ( начнётся вывод следКадра )

jeka_tm.В том то и дело , что каждый цвет в светодиоде управляется отдельно регистрами, через резисторы.

да это я понял. резисторы только не увидел. на плате их нет. прямо на светодиоды паяют чтоли

проблема не втом что каждый цвет управляется отдельно, а какие именно. например регистры с первой платы управляют только синим. да и порядок расположения светодиодов (первый слева второй справа третий слева четвертый справа и тд). можно конечно пробовать исправлять программно, но больно муторно, и ардуина может просто не успеть переделывать массив, лучше изначальные данные правильно давать, тогда и можно будет переделать плату

У автора все резисторы стоят на платах , столбиком.А проводов , да , очень много надо вести.

да это долго собирать так. лучше тогда WS2812 использовать. ни резисторов, ни сдвиговых регистров. внутри светодиода уже все есть. но есть одна сложность 8 бит на цвет. 24 бита на светодиод. если ардуина не успеет нужно будет что то более быстрое. хоть тот же leaflabs mapple mini. ставить due для такого как то расточительно

Мне кажется , надо сначала собрать как у автора , хотябы на макетной плате , посмотреть как всё это работает , а потом  вносить изменения и улучшения.
